Brand Crush: Cost Plus World Market for Small Spaces

Finding a store to fulfill all your home needs can become tricky and somewhat expensive. Although we all wished we could furnish our home with the latest Crate & Barrel catalog, that can’t be the case when you’re ballin’ on a budget.

Rustic Retro by Cost Plus World Market

Cost Plus World Market is a go-to place to look for unique and functional pieces at a fraction of the price. As a fierce competitor to Target’s Opalhouse brand and Project 62 brand, World Market offers options for almost every decor style. For those who love mid-century and rustic styles, you’ll absolutely love what World Market has to offer. Finding furniture to function in a small-space setting can be difficult, and most resort to furniture fit for a college dorm. Here are some of my small-space favorites pieces from World Market.

Durable and neutral, the Black & White Kilim Indoor Outdoor Pouf is the perfect floor accessory, acting as an option for additional seating as well as a side table with a tray firmly place on top. Easy to clean and the ability to work with different decor style. Poufs are awesome options for small space areas where placing chairs is just not an option when hosting guests. Easy to tuck away under a coffee table when not needed, this poof is the perfect addition to any small studio or dorm room.

The cool light wood stain will lighten up any space without being heavy and clunky. This table would be perfect for a studio to create room borders. A perfect fit for a room needing more of a rustic look.

The Gavin Cafeteria Table is a playful table that can become the centerpiece of a dining area, with swivel seats that come out when needed. Although only seats four, World Market sells matching stools for added seating, if needed.  I love the idea of this multi-use table as a stand-alone, statement table by day and a conversational dining table while hosting and quiet dinners alone with loved ones. The beautiful dark wood finish and unique style create a one-of-a-kind piece to bring some character to any dining room.
